Through my own journey I discovered tools and approaches that regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and bring back a sense of balance. When I combined this with my training as a holistic coach, I created a framework that gives mums simple, practical ways to feel calm and in control again.

Every mum I work with is unique, so coaching is always personalised. I draw on a mix of stress management, mindfulness, emotional resilience building, breathwork and practical habit change. Our sessions are compassionate, practical and focused on helping you create real shifts that last.
When I’m not supporting mums, you’ll find me enjoying time with my own family on our lifestyle block in Kaiwaka. I know first-hand the juggle of kids, animals, housework and a never-ending list — which is why I believe so strongly that mums need calm spaces of their own.
