FAQS

What should I expect if I've never tried coaching before?

If you’re new to coaching, don’t worry, most mums I work with are! In our sessions, we’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore your stress triggers and create simple steps that feel doable in your day-to-day. You’ll be in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share openly. I will guide you with tools and support every step of the way.

I'm feeling overwhelmed! What results can I expect, and how quickly might they happen?

Many mums notice small shifts from their first session, like feeling calmer, clearer or less reactive. The bigger changes (more energy, less guilt, steady confidence) usually build over time as you start using the tools between sessions. It’s not about fixing yourself overnight and you're not broken. It is about creating lasting change in how you feel and how you handle daily stress.

How can coaching help me stop snapping at my kids?

Snapping usually happens when your nervous system is in overload. In our work together I’ll teach you quick “in the moment” tools to calm down, as well as deeper resets so you feel less on edge overall. This means fewer guilt spirals, more patience and a calmer home environment.

I feel guilty taking time for myself. Will this really help?

Yes absolutely. Most of the mums I work with start here, feeling selfish for wanting space or calm. Coaching helps you see that taking care of yourself is what allows you to show up with more patience, energy and love for your family. It's about you learning a healthier way.

What coaching methods and approach do you use?

I use a holistic approach that combines practical tools with gentle mindset work. This might include stress relief techniques, mindfulness, habit building, breathwork and emotional resilience tools. Everything is personalised for you, there's no one-size-fits-all, so you get support that actually fits into your busy mum life.

How does the free clarity call work?

It’s a 30-minute chat (on Zoom or phone) where we explore what’s going on for you and what you’d love to change. You’ll get a taste of how I coach and leave with clarity on whether working together feels right. No pressure, just a supportive conversation.

How do I get started?

Simply click Book Your Free Clarity Call and choose a time that work's for you. That's it :)

Do you only work with mums in New Zealand?

Not at all. While I’m based in Kaiwaka, I work with mums online, so you can join sessions from anywhere.
